Summary:

This course focuses on the fact that the majority of the project management processes do not execute only once during the course of a project, but rather they take place at multiple times as the project evolves through its lifecycle. It provides an overview of the Executing Process Group with a focus on passing the PMP exam.

Objectives:

  • Explain the impact of organizational policies on the Direct and Manage Project Execution process
  • List the inputs, tools and techniques, and outputs of Information Distribution
  • Identify the six processes involved in Project Procurement Management
  • List the key PMI quality management principles
  • List the inputs, tools and techniques, and outputs to Perform Quality Assurance
  • Explain the role of the change control board and how they can impact a project
